Billable vs Non-Billable Document Changes

To ensure our partners and customers are well informed about what they can do themselves, understand the billing implications of requested services, and know which services are included in their hosting fees at no additional cost, we have updated our Attachment A – Billable vs Non-Billable Events. Beginning in August 2024, all contracts will include this updated document, which clearly outlines which services will incur charges and which are included in hosting fees. While not exhaustive, this guideline highlights billable services. Typically, if a task can be completed by the customer or partner, it will be billable. Additionally, if a service is not specifically listed as non-billable, it will be considered billable. For customers with an SLA waiver in place, all services will be billable.
